About Me

My name is Ivana. I see myself as a woman, mother, daughter, student and a teacher. 

I am a world traveler, nature lover, healer and a humble soul on the perpetual journey called life.

I am freedom seeker, sensitive being and forever optimist. I am the mirror of the past lineage and seed of the future planted in my 3 children.

 

I don’t know all the reasons "why", but I seek the answers in the depth of my soul calling my true essence and the spirit through my work and teachings. 

 

I am compassionate listener and a patient space holder and I am walking this slowly by your side on the journey of coming back home to your true self.

I am offering 1:1 sessions completely sewed to your wishes and needs. My life philosophy is to give support where most needed: to listen, to hold your hand on your learning path, to guide you back to your body with yoga, movement, mindfulness, heart opening plant medicine and the alchemy of trauma oriented space holding and somatic experiencing. Whether it is only one of those or all together combined in one, it is completely up to you.

 

I believe that within each of us lies a wellspring of wisdom and resilience waiting to be uncovered. Through the process of inner work, we can peel back the layers of conditioning and societal expectations to reconnect with our true essence. It is through this journey that we find our way back home to ourselves, reclaiming our authenticity and embracing the fullness of who we are.

Cacao ceremony

Experience the ancient Mayan tradition of cacao ceremony both online and in person, as I create the safe space to bring you closer to your own heart. I am combining the sacred practice I was taught in Guatemala with my Western background and my passion for yoga and mindfulness. Join me for a transformative journey of healing and connection with the spirit of cacao combined with the movement, breath work and mediation.

Yoga

Since I first found Yoga, I have been practicing and teaching different styles, exploring what suits to different bodies, needs and seasons of life.

I am now offering personalised online yoga classes, where you have the opportunity to explore various styles and levels of yoga, each offering its own unique benefits:

  • Yin Yoga: Delve into deep stretches and longer holds, allowing for the release of tension and the cultivation of inner stillness and introspection.

  • Ashtanga Yoga: Experience the dynamic flow of breath-linked movement in a traditional Ashtanga practice, building strength, flexibility, and focus with each posture.

  • Restorative Yoga: Surrender to relaxation as you nurture your body and mind through gentle, supported poses designed to promote deep rest and rejuvenation.

  • Vinyasa Yoga: Flow seamlessly from one posture to the next in a dynamic and creative sequence, synchronizing breath with movement to build heat, strength, and mindfulness.

 

No matter your level of experience or abilities,I am here to meet you exactly where you are on your yoga journey. Whether you're seeking to deepen your practice, relieve stress, or simply find a moment of peace amidst life's chaos, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Are you yearning for a place to pause, reflect, and connect with like-minded women? Join our bi-monthly online sanctuary where you can nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive and empowering environment.
